Rough Out leather features the inner side of the hide on the outer visible surface, which provides exceptional grip. Over time, the Rough Out leather will naturally change appearance, becoming smoother, darker and developing a subtle shine, though it will always maintain superior grip compared to traditional smooth leather. Caution: applying leather care products to Rough Out leather will darken, flatten and smooth the surface appearance of rough out leather.
